Procedure

If you notice:

  • a issue or problem on a waterway (fallen tree, drifting boat, etc.);
  • a fault in signage or street lighting along towpaths or near lock sites;
  • a hazard or dangerous situation (collapsed bank, fallen sign, etc.);
  • or if you wish to share a suggestion;

We invite you to send your report to mobilite.infrastructures@spw.wallonie.be (SPW Mobility and Infrastructure user relations unit), who will handle your request and forward it to the relevant department.
