Summary

Authorisation is required to put exceptional vehicles into circulation on the public highway which, because of their construction or the indivisible load they carry, exceed at least one of the following dimensions:

Length: Single vehicle: 12 m - Tractor + semi-trailer: 16.50 m - Truck + trailer: 18.75 m
Width: 2.55 m
Height: 4 m
Mass: 44 T for 5-axle combinations
Rear overrun: 3 m

Procedure

The application can be made in two ways:

1. By registered mail:

The "Application for authorisation for exceptional transport" form must be completed and sent by registered mail to:

2. Online, via the WebTeuv application

The WebTeuv application allows the management of authorisation applications from start to finish.

To access WebTeuv, you must first be registered as an online applicant via the "WebTeuv Registration" form.

Access is confirmed via the e-mail address provided within 2 working days. You must then follow the instructions for the first connection on the WebTEUV 2.0 page.
